Have you ever thought about what a virtual assistant does? You are not alone. It is one of the many questions I receive most frequently from someone who needs to know what virtual assistants are.

But what exactly do they do? How can they help you?

A virtual assistant is someone who provides clients with online administrative assistance. They may assist businesses with various duties, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, moderating chat support, writing content and copy, creating invoices, and running errands.

They can help small businesses that need help keeping track of their day-to-day activities but need more time to hire an in-house team member. Virtual assistants benefit businesses with limited office space or employees because they can work remotely.

They can also provide you with more than just administrative support: they can help you grow your business by managing social media accounts and writing press releases. Many companies are turning to virtual assistants to grow their business without hiring additional staff members, and it's working!

Over the years, I have assisted many clients, and I'm happy to share my experience!

Here are six examples of how I've helped entrepreneurs:

1. General Administration

- Scheduling, managing appointments, helping with time management, and organizing an entrepreneur's email and calendar so they could focus on other aspects of their business.

2. Social Media Management

- I helped my clients create and execute a social media strategy tailored to their brand with a more strategic approach. They needed help with content, graphics, and post-scheduling. I worked with them to develop a strategy based on their goals, audience needs, and budget. I also provided them with weekly reports on how they were doing, so they could see what was working and what wasn't.

3. Customer Service Support

- I support my client looking for solutions to their technical problems. I was responsible for handling questions and issues from customers. I also help develop products and services my client offers, including email management and chat support.

4. Project Management

- I used a project management plan to assist my client in managing their business projects and tasks. A workflow is designed for each project, and each had to go through the workflow, including product launch, website management, and CRM setup.

5. Content Copywriting

- I worked with my client to produce sales and profit-generating copies for their business. I gave them a structure and technique for generating effective copy and assisted them in developing a compelling brand voice.

6. Website Designing (Kajabi & Wix)

- To develop my client's business and create an online presence, I used Wix and Kajabi. I created a course, set up the website, and generated leads using Kajabi. I later created an email campaign and landing page using Wix.

If you're a small business owner, keeping up with the demands of running your company can be challenging. Simply put, there are a ton of things to do! You might feel like you're drowning in tasks that need to get done, and if you could hire someone to help, you'd be doing it already.

And let's be honest: Sometimes you need guidance on making things work better for you. You may have some ideas for improvement that need to be bigger or simpler to figure out, or there are things you know should change but need help figuring out where to begin. Whatever your situation is, I can help!
